Docking Village Hall offers the following facilities, all of which are included at no additional charge when hiring the hall:

Please note, you will be required to provide your own glassware and any other kitchen or food preparation items you require not mentioned above, such as serving plates or bowls, napkins, paper towels, cling-film, etc.

The hall has disabled access leading from the footpath to the main door, and full internal disabled access to all areas.

Hall Floorplan

There are a number of self-contained sections within the hall and these can be hired individually if the full hall is not required.

Please click on this link to see the full floorplan.

Outside Space

There is a substantial gravelled area to the front and side of the hall, which is where the weekly Docking Market is set up.

This area can be used for activities as part of the hall hire, as long as there is no disturbance to local residents.

If not used for activities, the gravelled area is sufficient for parking of approximately 10 cars and will also accommodate small mini-buses. There is substantial further parking, with no parking restrictions, on the road outside the hall.

Conditions of Hire

All persons or organisations hiring the hall must agree to the standard conditions of hire and a copy of these, signed by the person responsible for hiring the hall, must be submitted as part of the booking.

The conditions of hire can be viewed as a PDF file here: Conditions of Hire for Docking Village Hall.
